Hello Sprague Lacrosse Players,

Conditioning will start March 1st at Woodmansee Park (4629 Sunnyside Rd SE, Salem, OR 97302). Schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 5:15-6:30pm until the time change. After March 15th the times will switch to 6-7pm, with the days staying the same.
